Commencing her career with a large multi-national firm, Gaynor quickly climbed the ranks from consultant to senior consultant, business development manager, and branch manager.

Gaynor recruited in the UK during the Thatcher-era economic downturn, and it was during this difficult time that she devised her practical and motivational techniques for maximum profitability and success even in the most dire economic circumstances.

After returning to Australia, Gaynor was highly successful as a training and professional development specialist with the National Institute of Accountants. In 2001, she set up The Recruitment Training Company, which has trained hundreds of recruiters throughout Australia and NZ, and has been hailed as the definitive provider of training solutions to the recruitment industry.

Increasing word-of-mouth and demand for her practical and inspirational team mentoring led Gaynor to expand her services beyond the recruitment industry to the business world in general.
